Rich who works in lettings has gone above and beyond to help me with a very differcult situation. He was always helpful and provided support as and where he could. He was professional at all times quick to reply and informative. He was overall a fantastic lettings agent... He is honest and reliable and he should get a pay rise in my opinion

I rent a property through Coco Property and my main contact for any issues arising or correspondence is Richard Bull. I would like to leave a personal review for him as if it wasn't for him I would be in a very different place right now. Richard delt with my issue extremely well, he was completely understanding and compassionate with helping me find a way forward to solve this problem and I cannot thank him enough for his time and advice. It is very difficult to find people like Richard when situations are compromising, thank goodness he was there to help guid and support me to the outcome we all wanted. Thank you again, a very relieved tenant!

What should have been an easy Probate sale turned into a nightmare due to numerous issues with the Buyers solicitor. Andy was extremely helpful in finally pushing this to a successful completion.. I would have no hesitation in using the services of Coco property in the future.

Just completed on our new house in Dorchester and honestly Andy at Coco has been a lifesaver. Throughout terrible solicitor delays he has kept us informed and pushed it along. Often the only one in contact when the conveyancer went mute! Without his help and support we wouldn’t have the keys now. I cannot recommend Coco Property enough. This review is for Richard Bull personally, and not Coco Property (Formally Red House). Richard is literally the only person at this company that I am prepared to deal with. His approach to things is absolutely exemplary and he is straight-talking, kind, compassionate and sympathetic. His ability to resolve a conflict is something that particularly needs highlighting, because he's a master at it. I rented a property for Coco for over 4 years and think I fell out with everyone there, bar Richard. I won't go into the details, but I feel the ending of my tenancy early could have gotten messy if it wasn't for Rich's intervention. He is the exact example of what a letting agent representative should be and I wish him all the success in the future. The guy deserves a raise/promotion! If it wasn't for Rich, this review would be very different.
